New Patients
Start therapy with clarity and support.
Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after time away, I’ll help you feel grounded in what to expect.

Before your first session
What to expect
We’ll start off by exploring the reasons that brought you to therapy, create goals, and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space that allows you to express your feelings, explore your emotions, and work towards healing and recovery at your own pace.
A clear starting point
Goals that fit your life
A direct, compassionate approach
